We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have to cancel your camping trip.
Please take a look at our cancellation policy to ensure you have all the information to cancel or modify your reservation if you need.
Full payment is required at the time of your booking.
Reservations made at any time (including last-minute bookings) will incur the applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellations and reservation adjustments must be received in writing.
We do not process any changes or cancellation requests over the phone.
If you need to change dates, please Contact Us or respond to any email we’ve sent you with your preferred dates instead of rebooking, as refunded reservations are subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee.

REFUNDABLE DEADLINES
Outside of 14 days prior to your booking date:
90% of Payment Refunded
7-14 days prior to your booking date:
80% of Payment Refunded
Within 7 days prior to your booking date:
50% of Payment Refunded
(Note: Rental Units and Holiday Weekends are non-refundable in this window)
Transfer your reservation to another available date this year with

if you're within the refundable deadline.

*Please Note: If you cancel your reservation after rescheduling, the cancellation fee will be determined by the shorter deadline between your original booking dates and your rescheduled dates.
